Client Accountant is an multi currency solution specifically designed for organisations that need to maintain accounting records, produce reports, statements and valuations for an unlimited number of entities.

    ViewPoint Client Accountant is configured with a selection of standard sub-ledger types. This use of sub-ledgers reduces posting errors and adds an invaluable dimension to reporting capabilities. Each sub-ledger has sub-ledger type configuration parameters e.g. valuations can be sub-ledger specific.

  • Promote Accuracy and Efficiencyclick for details

    The ViewPoint Journal scripts and the ability to copy journals to create recurring journals makes book-keeping an incredibly straightforward and accurate process.

  • Standard Excel Documentationclick for details

    Client Accountant makes extensive of use of ViewPoint coded Microsoft Excel templates to produce accounts documents, these can be easily customised using all the features within Excel to provide a very powerful report and statement generation facility

    An unlimited number of Chart of Accounts can be designed to provide an account format for virtually any scenario. Client Accountant also has the facility to segregate Capital and Income transactions to facilitate trust accounting.

    To avoid duplication and reduce manual data entry there are a number of tools to import third party data such as Security market values, Exchange rates, complex journals, third party accounting data into Client Accountant.

    Client Accountant is heavily integrated with the other ViewPoint solutions - examples of integration are

    Administrator – Bank account and assets entered in Administrator automatically available in Client Accountant to be configured as sub-ledgers.
    Document Manager – any document stored in Document Manager e.g. bank statements, contract notes, purchase invoices can be linked to a selection of screens in Client Accountant – they can even be linked to a specific journal.
    Practice Manager – Sales and Purchase ledger transactions and WIP accruals can be automatically posted in the ledgers of both the internal revenue entities and client entities.
